Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of Little Italy next to a lovely Piazza. The rooms, although small, were nicely appointed and spotlessly clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay special. The hotel is a great value for the price, offering a fabulous experience in a central location.
Being on the ground floor, the room was small but adequate for my purposes, although too narrow for hosting more than 7 people. The service was excellent, friendly, knowledgeable, and apologetic, ensuring our issues were addressed promptly. The location was superb, within walking distance to various attractions. The dining experience offered a good basic continental breakfast. Overall, a reasonable value for the high season.
The hotel had comfortable rooms with a good shower, but the noise from the neighboring building was a drawback. The service was exceptional and very helpful. The location was ideal with easy access to shops and transport, although the breakfast was basic. The facilities were sufficient for a pleasant stay.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The room was even better in person than in the photos, and I truly enjoyed my time there. The staff in the hallways could be a bit noisy at times, but the rooms were clean and excellent value for their price and location.
The hotel was pretty nice for what we paid, offering spacious rooms with Air Con, a small Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Tea/Coffee making facilities, and a Safe for valuables. However, parking was available but not accurately depicted on their website, and there was ongoing construction next door with noise from exhaust fans.
The hotel has a convenient location in the heart of Little Italy, providing easy access to various attractions, although some noise from the street and hall may disturb. The rooms, despite being clean and pretty, felt somewhat dirty with limited space and no juice availability. The service was welcoming and helpful, with a good breakfast featuring fresh fruit. The dining experience was decent, although the juice machine was out of service. Overall, a recommended stay for those looking to explore San Diego on foot.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right in the heart of Little Italy with amazing views of the bay area. The rooms were cozy and had all the amenities I needed, though the king bed room was a tad smaller than expected. The service was top-notch, with staff who truly care about ensuring a fantastic experience for guests. The dining options were a bit lacking, but the proximity to Little Italy's food scene made up for it. Overall, a superb stay with great value for money.
The hotel may have some small rooms but they are clean and cute, perfect for solo travelers. The service is top-notch, with staff like Maciel and Vicente going above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. The location is excellent, close to dining options and attractions. The dining experience offers a good selection for breakfast. Overall, a value-for-money stay with friendly service and a convenient location.
